Atonement
The penalty of the law imposed upon Adam for sin was not punishment after death, but simply death. This death penalty was enforced by Satan, and to cancel it Christ had to die on the cross. To defeat Satan Christ had to bear all Satan’s disciplinary powers. This included suffering violence at the hands of men, suffering sickness, suffering death, and suffering separation from God. Temporary punishment after death is not relevant to the purpose of the cross, as this was never subject to the law to Adam, nor was ever in Satan’s power. These are only for demons in the form of men. (6,000 words)

Christ Died for All
The doctrine that Christ's death only avails for the elect, and that some were born without a chance is heretical. That ‘all’ refers to all the world is made even clearer in 1 John 2:2 where, speaking of Christ, it written: he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. Christ’s Righteousness
Jesus is the only man that never sinned. When John saw Him in a vision, His head was white as snow, signifying purity. His righteousness is seen in His humility to descend to earth, to become a servant and to die a shameful death on the cross. His righteousness is also seen in His obedience to His parents, His dedication and purpose, His hatred of evil, and His friendship, love, compassion and gentleness. Jesus limited Himself to human means and did not live as an angel. But because of His perfection, which He shared with His Father, He could say, He that hath seen me hath seen the Father. Eternal Incarnation
Christ was born at the beginning of time with a twofold nature. His Spirit was derived from the Spirit of God the Father, and so was born. His body, which houses and interacts with it, must also have been born of Holy Spirit, if it is to be not merely a creation. This supernatural body, I believe, originally was, and now is, different in chemistry to our present bodies. I believe that it is further enhanced by atomic miniaturisation. Perhaps Christ’s body is enhanced by containing many times the number of atoms and molecules and cells than we now possess in our bodies. And so being man-like does not limit the exercise of the power and wisdom of the Son of God, as He possesses man’s qualities to a supernatural degree. It is therefore unnecessary to suppose Christ has two natures, that of God and that of man. Christ’s supernatural body was transformed to the weakness of a natural human body when born as a babe in Bethlehem. The doctrine of assumed humanity, where Christ’s body is supposed to have been derived partially from Mary’s genes, must be rejected as it denies the continuity of the man-like nature of the Son of God from the beginning of time. It also denies the deity and perfection of His body. At Christ’s ascension, His body was transformed back to its original supernatural glory. (4,700 words)

God the Father is Greater
In contrast with the doctrine of the Trinity, the Scriptures plainly teach that the Father is greater than the Son, even though they are both deity. Although Jesus is distinct from His Father, the bible says there is one God. This is not only due to their unity, but also due to the commonly ignored doctrine of the supremacy of the Father. There are only two persons in the Godhead, the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit is not a third person but rather refers to the Spirit either of the Father or of the Son. Clear Scriptural support for a personhood of the Holy Spirit distinct from that of Father and Son is nonexistent. (3,500 words)

Jesus the Prophet
Christ is likened to the prophet Moses in that He received His message in a more direct manner than lesser prophets. Christ’s message was not His own but His Father’s. But Christ had more of God’s message than any other because the Father’s Spirit filled Him because of His perfection. Christ, like Moses, made a great advance in the knowledge of God. A reason for the timing of Christ’s prophecies was the transition in the kingdom from being of this world to being not of this world. Even now Jesus does not know all things, but only that which His Father has shown Him. (1,200 words)

King
Jesus Christ is in heaven, having potentially been given all power. But He is not enforcing His authority, but is waiting until that day, when God His Father will give Him complete rule over all the earth. But we must recognise His authority now, if we wish to be in His future kingdom. (1,700 words)

Miracles of Christ
The miracles prove not only that Jesus is the One anointed and sent to earth by the Almighty God, but they also show who that One is: the One of compassion, care, enlightenment and power. (1,900 words)

Our High Priest
Although the sacrifice for sins has been made by Jesus at the cross, this can only help us if: firstly, it is commonly known in the courts of heaven that a sacrifice has been made; and secondly, we are identified with that sacrifice. In the Old Testament it was the High Priest that declared the sacrifice and identified the people with that sacrifice. This represented the work of Jesus, who had to rise from the dead to fulfil His High Priestly duties. As all Christians are identified with Christ they are as a consequence identified with each other. They must therefore be merciful and kind to each other to stay identified with Christ and His atonement. (2,600 words)

Proofs of Resurrection
After Jesus had risen into heaven, He then returned to earth in His resurrected body to comfort His disciples and to reassure them: he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days. (Acts 1:3) In total, we read of Jesus appearing about a dozen times over a period of forty days, sometimes to individuals and sometimes to groups. (3,100 words)

Resurrection of Christ
Christ arose from the tomb and for forty days appeared to His disciples in a natural, yet enhanced body. He then ascended to heaven and was transformed to the former glory of His supernatural body. (1,600 words)

Symbols of the Cross
Under both covenants, symbols of the cross are enacted. These symbols do not achieve anything, but merely represent the work of Christ which is now complete. (600 words)

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Father reaching us through the Son and enhancing the work of the Spirit of the Son in our hearts. There is no third person of the Trinity. We are directly united to God the Father and God the Son. It is this union which brings revelation, communication, sanctification and ministry. (3,200 words)

Timing of Messiah’s First Appearing
The time of the Messiah’s first appearing can be gleaned from the book of Daniel, so the Jews are wrong, not to believe in Jesus Christ. (300 words)
